Welcome to the website of the Ella Ostrovsky Law Office (the "Site", the "Firm"). Use of the Site, including viewing its content and submitting an inquiry through it, is subject to the terms below. Browsing and using the Site constitute full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please refrain from using the Site.
Content Is Not Legal Advice
The content on the Site, including articles, guides, reviews and answers to frequently asked questions, is provided for general information and enrichment only. It does not constitute legal advice, a professional opinion or a recommendation to act, and is not a substitute for individual professional counsel that takes into account the specific circumstances of each case. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Submitting an inquiry through the Site, by email, phone or any other channel does not create an attorney–client relationship between the inquirer and the Firm. Such a relationship, with its attendant duties of loyalty and confidentiality, is created only after signing an express written engagement agreement with the Firm. Do not send confidential or sensitive information or documents relating to your matter before such an engagement exists, and the Firm bears no responsibility for information sent to it before an engagement is formed.
Nature of the Site and Professional Advertising
The Site is an informational/branding site only, and its content is published in accordance with, and subject to the limits of, the Israel Bar Association (Advertising) Rules, 5761-2001. Nothing on the Site constitutes an undertaking or promise of any result, a comparison to other firms, or a guarantee of success. Outcomes in legal matters depend on the specific circumstances of each case.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may make personal, reasonable and fair use of the Site. It is prohibited to make any unlawful, harmful or unauthorized commercial use of the Site or its content; to collect information from the Site by automated means (crawling / scraping); to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or modify content; or to harm the Site’s operation, security or servers, or use it in a manner liable to harm third parties or the Firm.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content — including texts, articles, design, structure, graphics, logo, trademarks and source code — are reserved to the Ella Ostrovsky Law Office or its licensors, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transfer to a third party or make commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, without the Firm’s prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and content. These links are provided for your convenience only; the Firm has no control over them and no responsibility for their content, availability, privacy practices or any damage arising from their use. A link does not constitute a recommendation or warranty regarding the linked site.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS". The Firm strives to keep the content current and correct but does not warrant its completeness, accuracy, currency or fitness for any purpose, and does not warrant that the Site will operate continuously, be available or be free of faults.
The Firm, including its managers and employees, shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damage caused to the user or a third party as a result of use of the Site, reliance on its content, inability to use it, technical faults, the presence of viruses or harmful components, or any act or omission connected with the Site — all to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate the Firm, its managers and employees for any damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) caused to them due to a breach of these terms or unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site.
Privacy
Use of the Site and the provision of information through it are subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. We recommend reviewing it.
Accessibility
The Firm is committed to the Site’s accessibility. Details of the accessibility features and how to contact us are set out in the Site’s Accessibility Statement.
Availability and Changes
The Firm may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change, update, add or remove content and services on the Site, and suspend or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time. The Firm may also update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from its posting on the Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. A waiver or delay in enforcing a right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. Headings are for convenience only.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the Site and these terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Yafo district.
