What Information Is Collected?

Voluntary Provision and Consent

Providing information in the contact form is voluntary and is not a legal obligation. You are not required to provide information, but without basic contact details we cannot contact you or respond to your inquiry.

Sharing With Third Parties and Transfer Outside Israel

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is not shared with third parties, except service and infrastructure providers required to operate the site and deliver messages — including hosting and network services (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and traffic analytics (Google Analytics) — who are bound to maintain confidentiality and security and to process the information only on our instructions.

Some providers operate servers outside Israel, so information may be stored or processed outside the country. Using the site and providing information constitute consent to such transfer and processing, provided the third parties are bound to an adequate level of protection.

We may also disclose information as required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights.

Data Security

We take reasonable and accepted measures to secure the information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricting access to authorized personnel, and storing information in secured systems, in line with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion or misuse and cannot warrant that the systems will be entirely impenetrable.

Retention Period

Information is retained as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, to manage our contact with you and to meet legal obligations (including document-retention duties applicable to lawyers), or until you request deletion, whichever is later. After that period the information is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you may review information held about you (section 13), and request its correction or deletion if it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14). You may also request that your information not be used for commercial solicitation.
