Our Story
Ostrovsky Law is a boutique firm specializing in real estate and land law, with extensive experience in complex transactions and urban-renewal projects. The firm provides close, comprehensive legal counsel in purchase and sale transactions, urban renewal, pinuy-binuy, TAMA 38, combination deals and condominium registration.
Over the years, Adv. Ella Ostrovsky has gained deep experience in real estate and commercial litigation at leading firms — representing tenants and private developers, advising construction companies on projects of every scale, and serving as head of the legal department of a construction and development company.
